Having given my first massage in 1988 I have many years of experience helping to reduce tension from sore, tired muscles.

I use deep firm pressure to work out the knots from your muscle

People often report they didn't know they were carrying around so much tension in their bodies

Whether you have regular massage, have the occasional massage, or have never had a massage before, I will vary the pressure to suit your needs

PHILOSOPHY

Deep Tissue Massage, aims at restoring the muscles back to their healthy state, ...much like a marshmallow consistency

Unhealthy muscle is unable to relax and therefore is starved of proper nutrition and waste disposal

1 hour appointments $150

Often times there may be a blockage of Qi / Chi / Engergy / Prahna / movement

when the application of any pressure to the muscle results any pain that a deep tissue massage is unable to be carried out

Energetic Healing may be carried out to help the overall state of relaxation and therefore effect the muscles, tendons and ligaments

Throughout my many years of ongoing training I have added various styles of treatments

If you have a specific style of massage you would like incorporated into your session I may be able to add essential elements if requested

I am also qualified to to Trigger Point Dry Needling

if you have previously had Dry Needling and would like it added to your treatment please let me know in advance so I can bring my Needling kit along.

A reflexology session can be added to the massage in cases where internal processes may not be at there optimal state
